Frankfurt's Jewish cemetery is completely surrounded by a long concrete wall, except for a small iron fence revealing its interior. Outside the names of hundreds of Jews are inscribed along with their date and place of death. The east wall was a little sad, but it's interesting to see. This cemetery was used from 1462-1828. I'm not a big fan of cemeteries, but I have to admit that there are some really worth visiting. This, for example, is a real beauty but also very sobering. The horror of the millions ve died in the two world wars is still present. Those ve have buried their loved ones still tend their graves. PS The country that does not know its history is doomed to repeat it.
